Leap Forward Employment Community Interest Company is regulated by the Community Interest Company Regulator and does not exist to make profit. Any surpluses will be passed to the national mental health charity, Rethink.

 

We first came into being in February 2009, as a Research and Development project, but such has been the momentum behind the project, that the Directors were strongly encouraged to take the step of incorporating on 24th July 2009.

 

Leap Forward Employment Community Interest Company has secured initial grant funding to enable us to obtain premises on the Lombard Road in South Wimbledon and commence operations. The doors opened on 1st December 2009.
